As the Director of Perioperative Services/Surgical Services, you will:
Provide strategic direction and operational oversight for all aspects of surgical services, including preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative care.
Collaborate with talented surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nurses to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of care.
Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and professional growth among staff
members.
QUALIFICATIONS YOU WILL NEED
Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field. or in the process of a Master's degree.
A current RN license in the state of Florida, or a multi-state license
(CNOR) preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in perioperative services.
Strong knowledge of surgical operations, regulatory standards, and quality improvement methodologies.
Excellent communication skills, with a track record of building relationships and leading diverse teams.
ACLS preferred
BLS preferred
CNOR Preferred
Experience in Surgical Services/Perioperative Services required
Progressive Leadership/Management experience is required
