Our client is experiencing tremendous growth and desires to hire a Director of Customer Service within 30-45 days. Strong base salary plus incentives up to Six Figures. Greater Dallas metro area, prefer local.
Interact with Reps, dealers, International Distributors. and Customers, manage up to 10 direct reports, order processing, data entering correctly, process international and parts orders, estimating shipping and receiving, and invoicing. Department is a customer service Inside sales support. Interact with Tech Service group regarding parts, Alternate title may be Inside Sales Manager -

  • Oversees order processing function for domestic and international sales, which includes order entry, order management through order fulfillment cycle, customer invoicing and problem resolution throughout the process.
  • Creates a positive customer experience - Works with Customers and Sales/Manufacturing/Shipping/Technical Service personnel to insure customer orders are processed with efficiency..
  • Prefer 10-15 years related experience
  • Prefer OEM equipment manufacturing industry specific experience
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, technical and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively interface internally with employees at all levels, executive management, to staff level. Working closely with personnel in Sales, Manufacturing, Shipping, Technical Service, Purchasing and Accounting.
  • Strong ERP system skills, ability to develop thorough understanding of ERP system and ability to suggest and implement changes to improve efficiency. Great Plains Dynamics experience highly desirable.
  • Strong business process development skills, ability to analyze existing processes and to develop and implement enhancements.
  • Solid Understanding of exporting rules and regulation as it pertains to Commercial Invoices, HTS Codes and Incoterms.
  • Requires hands on management style, ability to produce work individually as well as supervise work of others.
