- Prior experience listing items on e-commerce platforms, such as eBay, Amazon, or Shopify (preferred).
- Familiarity with electrical, mechanical, or construction tools and equipment.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in basic computer software (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
E-Commerce Product Listing Specialist Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify, locate, retrieve, and restock inventory items for e-commerce sales, ensuring accurate listings.
- Clean and test tools and equipment.
- Update and enhance product information, pricing, and specifications on various e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate and appealing content.
- Conduct price comparisons to ensure competitive pricing.
- Collaborate with business partners and team members to maintain positive working relationships and optimize product listings.
- Assist in developing strategies to enhance online product presentation and user experience.
- Utilize ERP and inventory software to manage product data efficiently (preferred).
- Communicate effectively with diverse audiences through written and verbal channels
- Up to 25% travel may be required to support e-commerce at all locations (SC, TX, LA).
