Looking for a Hunter, to bring in new business, grow sales in North America selling heating elements technology.
Can work remotely anywhere in the U.S. Open new doors (and maintain existing ones) serving OEM customers in the Plastics, Process Heating, Machinery, Medical, Railway and Energy segments. Unlock target accounts, potential channel partners, and new industrial segments as you support a pre-defined region. Have knowledge of Heating Elements customers portfolio for the market in USA and Canada.
Targeting the following industries to grow business: Industrial: sectors such as Plastics, Process Heating, Machinery, Railway and Energy. New markets: Automotive. Create Strategies and knowledge for increasing market share, for quick win business in products complexity 1-2 short term and product complexity 3-4 medium/long term.
Make contact and penetration with potential clients
Analysis of the real business possibilities (Manufacturing Facility, profitability, demand)
Management of the Project approval process
Obtain 1st order of sale and / or sales contract
Increase in market share and gross margin
Follow up to new clients first 6 months
Systematic feedback from the customer to Plant. Analysis and control of KPI's
- Base annual Salary: To negotiate
