Infusion Pharmacist- FL Based- Job Summary
Our client is currently seeking an Infusion Pharmacist to play a critical role of providing quality pharmaceutical and infusion care to their patients. Will provide patient careand improve the quality of their lives. You will work with TPN's daily, as well as Medication Therapy Management, patient advocacy, and therapy compliance. The chosen candidate will be responsible for assisting manager in leading rest of pharmacy team in guiding and develop the pharmacy operation. Infusion Pharmacist - Responsibilities
Working knowledge of IV medications IV admixtures and all other related infusion pharmacy requirements.
Collaborates with patients, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals
Effectively and clearly communicate potential risks to Senior team in a timely manner
Reviews of patient records and determine proper medication therapy
Infusion Pharmacist - Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Pharm D in Pharmacy
Knowledge of IV medications; sterile IV admixtures and aseptic procedures
Pharmacy license in the state of Florida or the ability to reciprocate.
2 to 5 years experience with infusion pharmacy
Strong communication and people skills
Results-oriented, strategic thinker and planner
