RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT TECHNICIAN
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Research and Development Technician to join their innovative team. You'll support R&D efforts through experiments, data analysis, and product/tech development. Ideal for someone with a strong scientific background, lab skills, and collaborative spirit.
R&D Technician Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct lab experiments following protocols.
- Collect, record, and analyze data accurately.
- Aid in new product/tech development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain lab equipment and records.
- Troubleshoot technical issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
- Ensure safety and cleanliness in the lab.
R&D Technician Qualifications:
- College education preferred; relevant experience accepted.
- Experience as a research technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of research methods and lab techniques.
- Proficient in data analysis and interpretation.
- Detail-oriented with excellent protocol adherence.
- Innovative problem-solver with strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and QC processes.
- Proficient in relevant computer software.
