We are working with an well-established manufacturer of commercial foodservice equipment, culinary equipment, in need of adding on to their team of company sales leaders to work alongside the President of the foodservice equipment company to motivate and grow the national sales team. This is a 75% travel role in charge of regional sales people and independent representatives. This role comes with responsibility of growing key E&S distributor/dealer accounts.
Base salary of $100 to $120K base depending on experience plus bonuses for sales growth.
All travel expenses paid for as well as full company benefits.
To be a candidate for this role one MUST:
- Live in the Chicago, Dallas, or Atlanta areas.
- Have experience demonstrating culinary foodservice equipment to foodservice professionals.
- Have experience and can demonstrate how to successfully manage and motivate a team of company salaried outside sales hunters in the Commercial Foodservice market.
- Demonstrate excellent high level organizational skills in a fast paced market.
- Demonstrate how to put together a 30/60/90+ day sales management strategy with national travel.
- Have excellent customer sales presentation skills.
- Must be able to travel at time 75%
- Must be able to lift 60 lbs. on a regular basis
