Technical Service Manager Needed

If you are highly engaging on the phone, and can manage several customer service and order entry members of your team, you may be interested in this opportunity.
Must haves:

1) Strong understanding of technical equipment--commercial foodservice equipment is a big plus!
2) Experience in managing training and trouble-shooting with equipment service organizations and national accounts
3) Management of technical service team.
4) P&L and policy management
5) Ability to use warranty tracking software
6) A fast-paced environment in a can-do culture company
