CONTRACT SALES PRO--INSTITUTIONAL KITCHENS

Are you an seasoned contract/design pro who can lead a team in growing an already great company to greater sales heights.
You should have the following:

• Our client's accounts primarily Institutional – Healthcare – Senior Services – B&I and Campus/University
• They are a “Design/Build” contractor with in-house design services
• They have our own metal and millwork fabrication shops
• Their strengths are working with Contract Feeders – doing renovation work and some new construction as well
• They have their own installation crews
• They cover the entire US and have done work in Alaska as well
• They are not a “Bid House” – what they do is negotiated work 90% is using our own designs
• Would like someone established that can hopefully bring a book of business with them
• Currently our model is a blend of Sales/PM’s handling their own respective projects. Looking to change that model where a sales person works with an internal PM.

If you live in the greater Tri-State area of Pennsylvania, all the better. If you have a terrific book of business and live further away, we will consider you.
Strong salary and year end profit sharing plus other commission incentives.
