Pharmacy Manager is Responsible for but not limited to:
- Manage all Pharmacy operations to achieve excellent customer service and company objectives
- Make sure all federal, state and local laws are followed
- Work with Sr leadership to develop plans of action to better serve the customer and development of pharmacy operations
- Manage, guide and train employees to succeed and follow through on company requirements
- Manage delivery of medications to the customers to make sure they meet customers expectations
- Improve processes to maintain efficiency in operations workflow and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational excellence

Pharmacy Manager Requirments:
- Must have pharmacy operations management experience, preferably in LTC pharmacy
- Proven track record of providing stellar customer service
- Must have experience managing workflow, compliance, quality and resources
- Licensed Pharmacist in good standing in the state of MI

Pharmacy Manager Education Requirments:
- Bachelor's Degree or related Experience
