Regional Sales Director - Luxury Hotel Dinnerware

We have an outstanding opportunity in the Luxury Hospitality Foodservice Industry as an Outside Sales Manager. The ideal candidate would have F&B, Food and Beverage or Hotel Banquet Management experience or sales experience to Food and Beverage Managers and Banquet Managers within the Luxury Hospitality Industry. Another desired skill set would be the knowledge of fine dining, wines, table placements and food plating presentation.
The Regional Sales Director, will operate in the assigned multi-state territory from their home office. The Sales Director will be responsible for the development, growth and management of all the hotel accounts in the territory for the Hospitality Division, including sales growth, account development and business management.
The Sales Director will also be responsible for acquiring new accounts for the brand. The Sales Director must have the ability to become knowledgeable of the assigned territory including:
· All products and product lines.
· Understanding of the marketplace and potential for each account.
· Competitive arena he/she will be operating in. The Sales Director will be responsible for developing a professional account partnership to grow the business and exceed sales plan. He or She will treat the territory as if it were his/her business and will be responsible for input on commercial and marketing as well as product that will support increased sales.
The job will report to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. The person will interface will all functions of the company including customer service, shipping department, marketing, credit department, finance department. Base salary $65K to $75K plus commissions, health insurance, company lab top, travel expesnes paid etc.
