Sales Development Manager

This is not a day to day sales role, but more of a sales consulting development role to dealers, distributors, Specification Consultants and Buying Groups.
You will provide support to the field sales organization and improve segmented marketing group's profitability. This position will develop tactical planning by product category to exceed sales goals. You will focus on support of Dealer and Distributors, Consultant Community and Buying Groups.
The successful candidate will interface with manufacturing, engineering, sales, and marketing groups to position product lines for increased sales. You will be the subject matter expert on Refrigeration equipment and provide day-to-day product support, and develop pricing strategies. Are you willing to travel from 20 to 50%?

The minimum qualifications are:
BS Degree in Business or Marketing
3-5 years of experience in selling and/or marketing products in a business-to-business market
Have Strong presentation skills
Foodservice Product knowledge; ability to develop and execute product line and growth strategies. Be confident presenting to large groups often including executives
Demonstrated ability to develop sales and marketing strategies for new and existing products.
Food service industry experience working within an OEM, Dealer, or Distributor environment.
Marketing or Product Management experience would qualify.
Base Salary and bonus structure, not a commission based opportunity.
Prefer local DFW candidates, but will consider relocation to qualified candidates within 200 miles of Dallas - Forth Worth, TX market
