Job Description for Director of Women's Services :

The Director of Women’s Services assumes the role of a leader in planning, directing, and managing the L&D, NICU, PICU, Peds, and staff to assure quality service on a 24-hour basis.  Is responsible for staff performance and accomplishment of department responsibilities in accordance with corporate, hospital, departmental, and safety policies and procedures, to meet both company and regulatory requirements.  Responsible for providing high-quality patient care and acts as a liaison for patients and their representatives.  Promotes teamwork with physicians and all health care providers, for promoting internal and external customer satisfaction and for appropriate resource management.  The Director is also responsible for the efficient operation of the department while optimizing resources to maximize productivity and minimize both indirect and direct costs.

 Must have at least  2 + years of --- Manager/Dir level experience in Women's Services

• Must have NICU exp
• Must be an RN with BSN
