Location: Tampa, FL

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to oversee operations at our skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the skilled nursing facility ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Oversee staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. - Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the quality of care and operational efficiency.
- Ensure the facility meets financial goals and maintains budgetary controls. - Foster a positive environment for residents, families, and staff.
- Coordinate with medical professionals to ensure high standards of resident care. - Address and resolve any issues or concerns from residents, families, or staff.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Administrator in a skilled nursing facility.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements. - Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in healthcare management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
