Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Asia Pacific Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive our business growth in the region. The ideal candidate will be based in either Singapore or the Philippines and will have a proven track record of success in sales management, particularly within the Asia Pacific market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of the Asia Pacific market dynamics and business culture.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to drive sales growth and meet targets.
- Experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies.
- Ability to travel frequently within the region.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Multilingual abilities, especially in Asian languages.
- Experience in the technology, manufacturing, or consumer goods sectors.
