Category Manager - COOKING EQUIPMENT
Job Description
We are seeking a NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER- COOKING EQUIPMENT, who will be responsible for managing the portfolio of COOKING EQUIPMENT. This role involves overseeing product management, pricing strategies, and key account sales while leveraging PowerBI for data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
1.. Key Account Sales:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the product category.
- Provide product training and support to the sales team and key clients.
2. Product Management:
- Develop and manage the product portfolio for Cooking Equipment.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with the R&D and engineering teams to guide product development and enhancements.
- Manage product lifecycle from conception through to end-of-life, ensuring alignment with market demands.
3. Pricing Strategy:
- Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize profitability while remaining competitive.
- Monitor market pricing trends and adjust pricing structures as necessary.
- Conduct pricing analysis and recommend adjustments to meet business objectives.
4. Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Utilize PowerBI to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to monitor performance against KPIs.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive business decisions.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product management and key account sales of cooking equipment.
- Proficiency in PowerBI for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful pricing strategies.
