The Compensation Analyst (On-Site) will be responsible for partnering with talent acquisition to support the organization in attracting and retaining national talent through identifying and resolving compensation related initiatives.  If you have the vision to impact the world’s next generation by supporting teams throughout the organization on a national level, then this opportunity is for you!

Compensation Analyst (On-Site) Necessary Experience:

  • Minimum of one year experience in Human Resources preferred as a Compensation Analyst (required).
  • Demonstrated ability to assess business needs and talent markets in developing recruitment strategies,

Compensation Analyst (On-Site) Education Requirements:

  • BS/BA in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or in an equivalent business-related degree (required).
  • Has a high level of experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Compensation Analyst (On-Site) Areas of Responsibility:

  • Initiates, prepares, conducts, and evaluates internal/external compensation surveys and research for the purpose of determining employee compensation. Recommends modifications to compensation practices as appropriate.
  • Collaborates with internal clients across the organization to identify and resolve compensation-related initiatives and issues.
  • Researches and evaluates new/changing compensation practices and policies.
  • Partners with Talent Acquisition to support the organization’s objective of attracting and retaining talent.
  • Monitors compliance with changes in applicable laws and regulations.
  • Collects and reports data requested for compensation and other HR-related metrics/dashboards, as required, to ascertain the effectiveness of the organization’s programs.
