Controller Duties
- Oversee all financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Lead month-end financial reporting, optimize cost management, and collaborate with auditors for year-end audits.
- You'll provide strategic direction for supply chain operations and lead our finance team to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Controller Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in finance
- Strong understanding of healthcare finance principles and regulations
- Experience with financial software systems and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
