- Maintain a master schedule of all projects continuously updating for requested delivery dates, sorting by brand and customer

- Serve as a communications liaison between the Administrative/Sales Team, Production Manager and Warehouse Manager for all new concept or independent restaurant projects

- Maintain showroom sales presence to local customer base

- Assist in visual merchandising of all showroom items and with new restaurant theming for independent restaurant projects

- Provide Administrative support for Company President to ensure timely project flow, complete accurate take-offs of restaurant projects

- Complete specific product or vendor searches as required to maintain design project flow, assist in identifying purchasing specifications, and identify consumer trends in commercial restaurant design

Qualifications:

Strong Project management skills with previous experience

Restaurant or commercial design experience a plus

Interior commercial theming and prop. staging / merchandising skills

Auto Cad, and Sketch-up or other interior rendering program experience required

Strong computer skills with emphasis in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word required. Project Tracking software experience desired.

Detail oriented, highly organized and a self-starter

Good research skills
