Our health system client is seeking a Director of Case Management to join their team and oversee the clinical, operational, and financial aspects of the Case Management and Social Work team.
As a top-ranked hospital nationally recognized for patient safety and quality care, we offer our patients state-of-the-art technology and innovative programs. The ideal candidate for this Case Management Director position will have:
- At least five years of managerial experience in Utilization Review and/or Case Management
- A strong acute care clinical background
- Three years of leadership experience.
- CA, RN, BSN, or MSW
In this role, you will work closely with patients, physicians, and hospital leadership to ensure appropriate patient care coordination and utilization management. The Director of Case Management will also be responsible for regulatory compliance and meeting industry standards.
