Wanted: Director of Sales
The Director of Sales responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies designed to grow the Foodservice product line in the US and Canada. This position is responsible for managing the District Manager network (up to 10 managers), as well as, many manufacturer representative partners.
Director of Sales will define targets and be expected to achieve them through the execution of focused action plans. The ability to motivate and coach a sales team, build trust, accurately identify customer requirements, and grow sales is a must.
The Director of Sales reports to the SR. VP Sales.
Must be a strong communicator. Must have the personality, energy and capacity to make things happen and see them to completion.
Be a "mover and a shaker"
Must be pro-active and make independent decisions to meet objectives
Be a hunter having the ability to seek new opportunities and create new business
Experience in equipment or related field preferred, foodservice equipment, tabletop, flatware, kitchenware, smallwares, ovens, fryers, beverage dispensing, foodservice
