Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Account Management to lead our account management team in Arizona. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in sales leadership and process management to drive growth and enhance customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic account management plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of account managers, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and aligning solutions with business goals.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline account management processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account management performance, including sales forecasts and revenue analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within the account management domain.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the foodservice equipment and supply industry
- Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools.
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
