Director of Business Development - South Carolina - Water & Industry Pumps and Equipment

We have an Outstanding Opportunity for a Director of Business Development with an International market leader in pumping solutions for water, oil and gas, power, chemicals, and most industrial segments. This role is in South Carolina with an international travel requirement. Excellent Base Salary, Benefits, Bonus and Car Allowance, relocation assistance available.

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Organize and support GDP initiatives by partnering with Business Leaders to develop, track, and report on various action plans
  • Coordinate the activities of Regional Marketing Managers combining marketing promotion, analytics, and GDP initiatives
  • Support Sales Leadership to create and manage the communication flow on internal and external media
  • Focus on execution and waste removal in business processes, primarily in Sales and Service
  • Drive the Sales Support department providing data intelligence to Sales Leaders
  • Coordinate with other functions that use SalesForce, CRM, CPQ, and SAPConf
  • Liaise with Finance through the budgeting process by segment, region, and product
  • Assist with preparation for corporate presentations and reports

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree, Engineering or Economics preferred
  • 10+ years driving change and leading multiple departments
  • Operational skills and the capability to work in a global, multicultural environment
  • Willingness to travel internationally
