As the Head of Sales, you'll be the driving force behind the company's new channel growth. You’ll identify new business opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and help conquer new markets. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the company's future.

??What You’ll Do:.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue and market share. Craft compelling pitches and proposals that win new clients and customers.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Build and nurture relationships with key players and negotiate and secure partnerships that propel the business forward.
  • Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. Ensure top-notch service and support to maintain long-term relationships.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Identify emerging trends, market needs, and business opportunities. Understand the competitive landscape and the unique value proposition to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Growth Initiatives: Lead initiatives that drive business growth, from expanding into new markets to launching new products and services.
?? Who You Are:
  • Proven Experience: 3-5 years in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the beverage, packaging, or foodservice industry.
  • Strategic Thinker: Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive results.
  • Connected to Channels: Ideally familiar with national restaurants, bars, country clubs, hotels, senior-living, or alcohol distributors.  Yes, our client has a solution for all of them!  
  • Relationship Builder: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building and maintaining strong business relationships.
