Are you a Corporate Chef looking for upward mobility and news challenges! Our Word-Class client will hire a Director of Culinary working with Foodservice Chains and B&I Foodservice Organizations.

Show clients' how to use a variety of cooking equipment to impact their menus and increase sales. Demo equipment and show VP's and Directors the use of equipment in a corporate kitchen and lab environment.
Train Sales Organizations, Dealers, Distributor, and Rep Groups. Reports to Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing. The client will have a defined career path for you to enhance and grow your career. You will have 2 direct culinary reports.

You are an integral member of our Research & Development and Sales teams, this opportunity will enhance product development by expanding Culinary capabilities with external customers and internal department heads,
integrating Culinary as a key driving element in the innovation process. The individual will lead groups of internal partners and external customers supporting the sales team with customer-specific initiatives, training, coaching and mentoring for the R&D community. The individual will act as a direct liaison with manufacturing partners and dealers.

This self-motivated individual will breathe new life and vision into the Culinary program. You will be establishing a Culinary center of excellence and demonstrate the ability to provide leadership for the organization with a passion for food.
In the new opportunity, there will be an opportunity to expand into a sales role in line with this growth-oriented company. You will demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to develop business plans to support the aggressive growth targets.

Work with RVP’s on the scheduling of the chefs into areas for shows, demos, and development as needed. Support Engineering R&D developments from a Culinary standpoint by scheduling in chef’s to include field experiences into engineering discussions.
Develop and document Gold Standard recipes on a continual basis to be updated to the online cookbook
National Chain Accounts chain support (assistance given to all chains by any of the chefs with the coordination of the sales partner of that account).

Coordinate the relationships with Food Manufacturers, Food Distribution companies and Foodservice Consultants. Continue development and increase the visibility Certified Chef programs. You will be a primary focal point for all Culinary activities for Rep and Distributor training activities. Directly supervise commercial Culinary team 2 people. Research and Development or Demonstration Kitchen.

Education/Experience:
Bachelors degree (in a related field) or formal Culinary training certification from an accredited institution and at least 7 years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence and summarize investigations.
Prefer local candidates in the greater DFW area.
