Your Impactful Role Awaits: 

• As our Med/Surg/Tele Nursing Director, you will lead our skilled nursing team, ensuring exceptional patient care in our critical care settings.
• You’ll collaborate with experienced physicians and the Chief Nursing Officer to foster an environment of excellence and innovation.

What You’ll Do: 

• Be the driving force in managing patient care across med/surg and tele departments.
• Consult with healthcare teams to create solutions that elevate nursing practices.
• Spearhead performance improvement initiatives and shape our continuous quality improvement efforts.
• Take charge of budgeting and resource management to optimize our services.

• Champion medication administration protocols and lead your team in best practices.
• Foster a collaborative environment to reduce medication errors and enhance patient safety.
• Recruit, train, and develop top nursing talent, ensuring high competency in patient care.
• Keep your finger on the pulse of the latest nursing and healthcare innovations trends by attending and presenting at conferences.

What We’re Looking For: 

• A graduate from an accredited nursing program with a BSN (Master’s preferred).
• A current Texas Registered Nurse License
• At least 3 years of management experience in med/surg and telemetry settings.
• Certification in BLS and ACLS (national certification in your area preferred).
• A communicator who inspires others! Bonus if you speak additional languages.
• Basic computer skills to help streamline processes.
