In your role as Director of Nursing, Inpatient Services: 

• As the Nursing Director of Inpatient Services, you will oversee the care of our patients in Med-Surg/Telemetry, ICU, and Dialysis.
• You will lead a robust team with 2 Nurse Managers and approximately 150 full-time equivalents.
• Your leadership will encompass clinical, operational, and fiscal performance. You will ensure that the standards of clinical care are met and exceeded while fostering an environment that supports nursing excellence.

Your Daily Impact as Nursing Director of Inpatient Services:

• Develop and implement long-term strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Optimize patient safety and quality by promoting evidence-based practices.
• Drive continuous improvement activities in collaboration with other departments.
• Engage staff through mentorship, educational initiatives, and performance evaluations.
• Build strong relationships with patients and families to enhance their care experience.

Requirements for this Nursing Director, Inpatient Services role:

• Nursing degree from an accredited program; Bachelor’s required, Master’s preferred.
•  Active Texas RN license.
• Certifications in AHA BLS and ACLS, with preferred national certification in your area of expertise.
• Three or more years of management experience in multiple clinical areas (med/surg, tele, ICU, etc.)
