Director of Nursing/Director of Residential Care Services in Orange County CA!
Our client, an award-winning senior living organization, is in search of an exceptional Director of Nursing/Director of Residential Care Services for one of their flagship communities in Orange County. In this role, you will report to the Executive Director and oversee licensed nurses, caregivers, and medication management programs for a 100+ capacity assisted living & memory care community catering to seniors with varying acuity levels, including specialized dementia/Alzheimer's care.
Ideal candidates should have:
- Active CA RN or LVN license
- 5+ years of experience as a senior living DON/Director of Residential Services
- Expertise in Title 22 RCFE regulations
- Proven success in memory care and state surveys
- Experience in upscale/competitive senior living (preferred)
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
