Strategic Leadership Opportunity in Patient Access Services & Revenue Cycle


Our prestigious, award-winning acute care health system in Riverside County, Southern California, is seeking an experienced Director of Patient Access Services/Admissions to lead and elevate a high-performing Patient Access Services function.

The Opportunity:
  • Reporting directly to the CFO, this director-level role carries full accountability for the effective operation of Revenue Cycle and Patient Access — including clean registration, charge management, auditing, charge reconciliation, denials management, contract review, and month-end and year-end processes.
  • You will drive front-end revenue performance, ensure patient and physician-friendly process flows, and lead a team focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
What You Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • CRCE or CHAM certification preferred
  • 8+ years of progressive experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity within Patient Access, Admissions, and hospital billing/collections in an acute care setting
  • Proven ability to lead through influence, build trust, and foster relationships across all organizational levels
