Our client is a TIER-ONE manufacturer of commercial foodservice equipment. We are seeking a director of technical service to run all aspects of technical service: equipment installations, warranty tracking, post-warranty follow-up, engineering interface, training service agencies, and continuous improvement in this global operation.
