Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Division Director of Utilization Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing utilization management programs, analyzing utilization trends, and implementing utilization improvement initiatives. As a Division Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the utilization management department and ensuring that all utilization management activities are executed effectively and efficiently.

Key responsibilities: -
Develop and implement utilization management policies and procedures - Monitor and analyze utilization trends and identify areas for improvement - Develop and implement utilization improvement initiatives - Oversee the utilization management team and ensure that all activities are executed effectively and efficiently - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to utilization management

Skills and qualifications: -
Bachelor's degree in Nursing Masters preferred -
8+ years of experience in healthcare utilization management -
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills -
Excellent communication and leadership skills -
Experience managing teams and developing staff -
Knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements related to utilization management.
