E-Commerce Product Listing Specialist

As an E-Commerce Product Lister, you'll play a pivotal role in our E-Commerce/Marketing Department, contributing to the growth of our online presence and ensuring our customers find the tools and equipment they need with ease.

E-Commerce Product Listing Specialist Qualifications:
  • Prior experience listing items on e-commerce platforms, such as eBay, Amazon, or Shopify (preferred).
  • Familiarity with electrical, mechanical, or construction tools and equipment (preferred).
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in basic computer software (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working in a warehouse environment. 
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

E-Commerce Product Listing Specialist Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify, locate, retrieve and restock inventory items for e-commerce sales, ensuring accurate listings.
  • Clean and test tools and equipment.
  • Update and enhance product information, pricing, and specifications on various e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate and appealing content.
  • Conduct price comparisons to ensure competitive pricing.
  • Collaborate with business partners and team members to maintain positive working relationships and optimize product listings.
  • Assist in developing strategies to enhance online product presentation and user experience.
  • Utilize ERP and inventory software to manage product data efficiently (preferred).
  • Communicate effectively with diverse audiences through written and verbal channels
  • Up to 25% travel may be required to support e-commerce at all locations (SC, TX, LA).
