EVP/PRESIDENT FOODSERVICE EQUIPMENT DEALER

Our client is a reputable wholesale dealer specializing in commercial food service equipment and supplies in Southern Wisconsin/Northern Illinois. Job Description: We seek a dynamic and experienced individual to serve as the President of our client. The President will oversee all aspects of the business operations, drive growth, and maintain the company's reputation as a trusted supplier in the commercial foodservice industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive growth. Provide visionary leadership to inspire and motivate the team towards common goals.
  2. Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Monitor key performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize processes and improve productivity.
  3. Sales and Marketing: Lead sales and marketing efforts to expand the customer base and increase market share. Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to capitalize on market opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
  4. Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and promptly addressing any concerns or issues.
  5. Financial Management: Manage the company's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Implement cost-control measures and identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost savings.
  6. Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor employees to build a high-performing team. Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning.
  7. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Implement effective risk management strategies to protect the company's assets and reputation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role, preferably within the commercial foodservice or wholesale distribution industry.
  • Strong business acumen with demonstrated experience in strategic planning, financial management, and sales leadership.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Solid understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
