Job Description
We have an excellent Opportunity for a skilled and creative Email Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing effective email marketing campaigns to engage our target audience, drive conversions, and achieve marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Email Campaign Management: Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, product promotions, and automated email series.
- Audience Segmentation: Segment email lists based on various criteria, including demographics, behavior, and engagement, to personalize content and improve targeting.
- Content Creation: Develop compelling email content, including copy, images, and subject lines, to maximize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on various email elements, such as subject lines, send times, and content, to optimize campaign performance.
- List Growth: Implement strategies to grow the email subscriber list, including opt-in forms, lead magnets, and partnerships.
- Email Automation: Set up and maintain automated email workflows, including welcome series, cart abandonment, and post-purchase emails.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor email campaign performance using metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI. Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team.
- Compliance: Ensure email marketing practices comply with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and best practices.
- Email Design: Collaborate with design teams to create visually appealing and responsive email templates.
- Stay Current: Keep up to date with email marketing trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to optimize campaigns.
- Proven experience in email marketing
- Proficiency in email marketing software and tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot, or similar).
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, segmentation, and targeting.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS for email template customization
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- A go-getter takes initiative, is a quick learner and team player who takes responsibility and ownership of their work
