Executive Director Licensed Nursing Home  Administrator

What We're Seeking:

- Licensed LNHA in TX
- Minimum 5-7 years of Executive Director experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
- A BS/BA degree or equivalent experience in healthcare administration is preferred
- Thorough knowledge of applicable state and federal regulations regarding nursing home operations
- Visionary leader with a passion for senior care
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, mission-driven environment
- Demonstrated leadership in long-term care operations
- Experience in preparing annual operating budgets and achieving budgeted earnings expectations
