Inside Sales Representative for Cruise Lines, Airlines and Hotels Segments – Commercial Foodservice Equipment and Supply

We have an Excellent Opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative with a well -established  leading provider of Commercial Foodservice Equipment and Supplies, dedicated to serving the needs of Cruise Lines, Airlines and Hotels. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building lasting relationships with our valued customers within the Cruise lines, Airlines, and Hotel segments. . Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients in finding the right commercial foodservice equipment and supplies to meet their specific needs. This position is remote and has an excellent Base Salary + Commissions + Benefits.


  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the cruise lines, airlines, and hotel segments.
  2. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
  4. Collaborate closely with the sales team, product specialists, and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of products and services to clients.
  5. Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management, tracking key metrics and performance indicators.
  6. Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, leveraging this knowledge to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
  7. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote  products and services and expand our presence within the hospitality sector.
  8. Demonstrate a commitment to excellence in customer service, consistently exceeding expectations and resolving any issues or concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
  9. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards of conduct, maintaining integrity and professionalism in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.


  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Sales, or related field (preferred).
  2. Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  3. Strong understanding of the unique needs and challenges facing clients in the Cruise lines, Airlines, and Hotel sectors.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and influence decision-makers.
  5. Highly motivated self-starter with a passion for sales and customer service, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  6. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools and technologies.
  7. Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, trade shows, and other business-related activities.
  8. A positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to embrace challenges and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
