Growth Company just north of Charlotte, NC, will quickly hire a Mechanical Engineer with a Refrigration background—up to $110K base salary plus full benefits, and potential bonus.

Key Skill Sets: AutoCAD, SolidWorks,
• Creating and maintaining Bill of Materials (BOMs), know refrigeration, and some electronics.
• Review and update BOMs to reflect engineering changes.
• Be involved in refining manufacturing processes and conducting value stream mapping to increase efficiency
• Develop detailed work instructions and assembly guidelines to assist production line staff
• Assist in programming control boards to set motor speed.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production and assembly issues.
• Assist in procuring parts and materials, qualify new vendors, and collaborate with the supply chain to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing.
• Oversee product design and 3D modeling activities across the site
