National Operations Manager

You will work with the biggest restaurant chain operations people, technical service managers, and service partners via telephone and in person. Must have strong electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical diagnosing expertise, as the buck stops with you.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
This position will be home based but travel will be extensive and global travel is possible.
Most travel will be planned, but this person must be able to get up and go with very little notice.
Deliver a comprehensive technical training of our client's equipment both virtually and in-person to authorized service agents, in-house technicians, distributors, and other stakeholders as necessary.
Resolve field issues by providing phone support or on-site guidance.
Liaise and provide assistance to Engineering, Commercial, and Operations departments.
Develop training materials for new and existing products, which includes PowerPoint slides, troubleshooting guides, and videos.
Ability to learn new technology as our client develops new innovative products.
Create repair and service procedures for distribution to customers.
Assist with specification development utilizing technical field knowledge of equipment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications, Skills/Competencies
3-8 years of Beverage industry experience desired
Requires a high degree of interpersonal skills for establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with customers.
The successful candidate will have strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
Excellent trouble shooting skills and good working knowledge of refrigeration, pneumatics, and electronics, heating elements, steam.
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Be organized, accountable and self-motivated
Excellent customer service skills
Certificate in Refrigeration Practices. (preferred)
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office products Excel, Word, Outlook
