Multi-site Nurse Director of Women’s Services Overview

• Our health system client seeks a multi-site Director of Women’s Services to join their team and accomplish objectives through influence, building trust, and relationships with all levels (staff, peers, and physicians).
• Reporting to the CNO, you will be responsible for the effective operation of all areas of Women’s Services, including Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and the NICU.
• Promote professional growth for the team and foster a positive culture built around balance.

Multi-site Nurse Director of Women’s Services Requirements:

• At least five years of progressive experience of leadership in women’s services
• A strong acute care hospital background
• BSN degree required, Master’s preferred
• Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) certification preferred
• RN license
