They have an exciting Nurse Practitioner Hospitalist opportunity in their state-of-the-art facility in Binghamton, NY.

The Nurse Practitioner Hospitalist position is part of a team of 16 FTE Physician Hospitalists and a team of 4 Advanced Practitioner Hospitalists and a clinical performance nurse that operates the hospitalist program. The facility is a teaching hospital for Family Medicine and Emergency Medicine Residency programs.

Nurse Practitioner Hospitalist Program Information:

• 7 On / 7 Off Block Scheduling, starting on Fridays from 7a-7p
• Open 10-bed ICU – co-managed with Intensivist
• No Procedures Required
• Hospitalists respond to codes w/ support from the ER and intensivist team
• Ability to work autonomously within your scope of practice
• Childcare and learning center on campus!
• Complete admissions from the emergency department
• Develop treatment plans
• Perform Dictation of H&P examinations
• Cross cover for the hospitalist team
• A current, unrestricted license in New York
• AGACNP, ACNP, or FNP with inpatient acute-care med-surge experience
