Who You Are

Your Academic Foundation:

• Master’s degree in nursing

Your Professional Journey:

• At least 2 years leading nursing teams in a hospital environment (manager, director, or similar leadership capacity)
• Current RN licensure or multistate compact
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association

Your Leadership Philosophy:

You believe great nursing leadership is about removing barriers, not creating them. You communicate with clarity and empathy. You see potential in people before they see it in themselves. You make tough calls while keeping your team's well-being at the forefront. You're equally comfortable presenting to the C-suite and rounding at the bedside.
