Compressed Air Sales Specialist - Rhode Island

Sales Specialist Responsibilities

  • Make sales calls
  • Serve as a product support resource to develop the best equipment solutions for applications
  • Assist with start-ups and provide training as required
  • Manage assigned accounts
  • Prepare quotes
  • Develop leads for new customers
  • Follow up on sales leads provided by vendors and internal sources
  • Maintain and develop relationships with vendors
  • Attend all required meetings and training

Sales Specialist Qualifications

  • Experience in sales or technical service of industrial air compressors and/or rotating equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership potential is highly desired.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects and priorities under sometimes stressful conditions
  • Participation in continuing education programs offered by vendors and the company
