Occupational Therapist - OT
Full Time
Our client is seeking a full-time, compassionate, and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our client's Skilled Nursing team in Tampa, Florida. You'll work directly with patients to improve their quality of life through therapeutic interventions and adaptive techniques.

- Salary: $50-$53 per hour (full-time based on years of experience )

Key Responsibilities of an Occupational Therapist
- Conduct thorough evaluations and create personalized treatment plans under the physician's orders
- Help patients master essential daily living activities (dressing, cooking, eating)
- Provide education to patients and caregivers on adaptive equipment usage
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient treatments
- Adhere to company policies and all state/federal regulations
Qualifications of an Occupational Therapist
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current Florida OT license
- Experience with diverse patient populations, especially geriatric and long-term care
- Knowledge of occupational health principles and medical terminology
- Excellent patient care skills with a quality-focused approach
- Physical ability to lift 5-45 lbs
