Production Technician –

Production Technician Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED. 
• Mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand tools, grinders, and sanders.
• Ability to comprehend and execute tasks based on the production schedule.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Enthusiasm for teamwork and willingness to take direction.
• Commitment to adhering to company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Production Technician Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to fulfill weekly production schedules.
• Ensure adherence to OSHA standards and maintain a safe working environment.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in maintaining a well-organized workspace.
• Cross-train and support various areas within production as needed.
• Contribute to maintaining product quality standards and efficiency.
• Follow directives from team leads and management to optimize workflow.
