Physical Therapist Full Time needed at our SNF in St. Augustine, FL
Benefits & Pay Of Physical Therapist :
- 4 Day Work week with four 10 hour shifts Monday-Thursday with Friday, Saturday, and Sunday every week off. No weekends required
- SALARY $40-$45 an hour depending on experience with full benefits.

- Responsibilities Of Physical Therapist
- Work with patients to help them regain movement and manage pain following
- Play a vital role in improving patients' quality of life and promoting their overall well-being.
- Evaluate patients' medical history and perform physical examinations
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and other interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function
- Educate patients and their families on exercises, self-care techniques, and injury prevention strategies
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements of a Physical Therapist
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- - Current state licensure in FL as a Physical Therapist
- - Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
- - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- CPR certification
- Previous SNF and LTC care exp preferred but will consider new grads
