Pulmonologist – Outpatient Clinic Setting

Job Description:

  • The pulmonary disease specialist will be responsible for overseeing the clinical management of a dedicated patient panel. We emphasize a digital-first approach to care management with a special focus on improving quality measures and patient outcomes at scale.
  • The physician will collaborate with leadership to lead the clinical team and full-stack effort to redesign the pulmonary care experience.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Provision of exceptional outpatient pulmonary care
  • Office visits for pulmonary disease management
  • Outpatient exacerbation management for acute patients
  • Advanced practice provider supervision and management
  • Review and management of clinic-wide protocols
  • Management of clinical staff to deliver whole person, connected care via RTM, RPM, and PCM
  • Supervise pulmonary rehabilitation offerings
  • Provider relationship management with occasional lunches and dinners for primary care providers in the area
