QSR Chain Hunter for a TIER ONE Commercial Foodservice Equipment and Fabrication Company

We have a wonderful opportunity for a remote, QSR hunter.

  • Manage local sales representative network
  • Utilize advanced sales and relationship management techniques to penetrate and grow business with large and complex customers
  • Build relationships with multiple stakeholders, influencers and especially very senior level decision makers
  • Deliver on annual sales targets
  • Close large and complex deals with major customers
  • Build strong network with senior executives within national chain accounts
  • Identify, prospect and develop new customers
  • Follow company sales processes, policies and reporting expectations
  • Gather market intelligence on products, pricing and competition
  • Communicate between customers and key client associates on product design and restaurant layout
  • Communicate and work closely with supply chain and operations team on order fulfillment

Qualifications / Background requirements

  • BS preferred
  • Food Service industry experience required. Strong network and connections in this industry, particularly Chains a MUST and Required.
  • Consultant relationships a plus
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Strong networking, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven track record of closing large and complex deals with major customers
  • Strong organizational capacity
  • Attention to details and excellent follow up skills
  • Strong negotiator
