• Lead, manage, and hold direct reports accountable for accomplishment of company and departmental goals and responsibilities.

• Strategize and manage new product development and new technology activities (A2L, CO2, and ultra-low temp systems, etc.).
• Manage and coordinate sustainability efforts on existing products.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with appropriate agencies (DOE, EPA, UL, ASHRAE).
• Provide research and dissemination of technical information on new technology and industry trends to both customers and employees.
• Diagnose current electronic controls situation, suggest improvements.
• Manage and maintain the ECN process.
• Coordinate and ensure proper vendor and component qualifications. Required Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• 5 to 10 years of previous Engineering experience.
• 5+ years of people management experience, including coaching and mentoring, performance management, and team building experience with a strategic mindset.
• Experience in thermodynamics, refrigeration application engineering, and electronic controls.
• 5+ years of HVACR industry experience preferred.
• Able to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and manage deadlines efficiently.
• Excellent people and time management skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
