Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager for our client's Western Region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and developing new business opportunities. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of motivating and leading a sales team to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to senior management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in regional sales management, preferably within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
