Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote sustainable products in the Midwest region.- Manage and grow relationships with distributors, retailers, and end users to expand market presence.- Identify new business opportunities and build partnerships with key stakeholders.- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product distribution and customer satisfaction.- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.- Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and network with potential clients.

Qualifications:- Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the sustainable products industry.- Strong knowledge of distribution channels and end-user dynamics in the Midwest region.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic action plans.- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.- Willingness to travel within the region as required.
